These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all events organised, hosted, or promoted by KX Creative ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ticket, registering, performing, exhibiting, or attending any KX Creative event, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1.1 All tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and time. 1.2 Tickets may be digital or physical and must be presented upon entry. 1.3 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who fails to comply with these T&Cs or behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner. 1.4 Entry may be subject to security checks. Prohibited items are not allowed.
2.1 Some events may have age restrictions. Valid identification may be required. 2.2 Underage attendees must comply with local laws regarding alcohol and controlled substances.
3.1 Performers and exhibitors must register in advance and comply with event guidelines. 3.2 KX Creative reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any performance or exhibition that is offensive, unsafe, or infringes on intellectual property rights. 3.3 Performers are responsible for their own equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.1 Event line-ups, schedules, and venues are subject to change. 4.2 KX Creative reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify an event due to circumstances beyond our control. 4.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be handled at our discretion and communicated through official channels.
5.1 By attending a KX Creative event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. 5.2 KX Creative may use such media for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation. 5.3 Personal recording devices may be restricted at certain events.
6.1 Harassment, discrimination, violence, or hate speech will not be tolerated. 6.2 Attendees must respect artists, staff, security, and fellow guests. 6.3 Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal and possible involvement of authorities.
7.1 Attendance is at your own risk. 7.2 You must follow all health, safety, and emergency instructions provided by staff or venue personnel. 7.3 KX Creative is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless required by law.
8.1 Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. 8.2 Alcohol consumption must comply with venue rules and local laws. 8.3 Intoxicated individuals may be refused entry or removed without refund.
9.1 All KX Creative branding, logos, and content remain the property of KX Creative. 9.2 Artists retain rights to their own work but grant KX Creative a non-exclusive right to use event-related content for promotion.
10.1 KX Creative is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. 10.2 You agree to indemnify KX Creative against any claims arising from your actions during the event.
11.1 Personal information collected will be used solely for event-related purposes. 11.2 We do not sell or misuse attendee data.
12.1 These T&Cs are governed by applicable local laws in the country where the event takes place.
13.1 By attending or participating in a KX Creative event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
