1. Entry
* All guests must have a valid ticket/pass to enter the event.
* Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the organisers.
* Management reserves the right to refuse entry where necessary.
2. Age Restriction
* Guests must comply with the event’s stated age restriction.
* Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.
3. Security & Safety
* All guests are subject to security checks upon entry.
* Weapons, illegal substances, and dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
* Fighting, violence, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
* Anyone found breaking the law or threatening the safety of others may be removed from the venue.
4. Alcohol
* Alcohol may only be consumed in accordance with the venue’s rules and applicable laws.
* No outside alcohol may be brought into the event unless specifically permitted.
5. Tickets & Payments
* Keep your ticket/booking confirmation safe until you have entered the venue.
* Lost, stolen, duplicated, or fraudulent tickets will not be replaced or honoured.
* All purchases at the event are subject to the payment methods made available by the organisers.
6. Line-Up & Programme
* The organisers reserve the right to change artists, DJs, performers, times, or the event programme when necessary.
* Such changes do not automatically qualify guests for refunds.
7. Photography & Media
* Photography and video recording may take place during the event.
* By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photographs or promotional content.
8. Personal Belongings
* Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
* kwa benatza and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
9. Venue Rules
* All guests must follow the rules and instructions of the venue, security personnel, and event organisers.
* Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
10. Event Cancellation
* In the event of cancellation, postponement, or circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, communication regarding tickets and refunds will be provided through the official event channels.
11. Conduct
* Respect the artists, staff, organisers, venue, and fellow guests.
* Discrimination, intimidation, sexual harassment, and abusive behaviour are prohibited.
12. Acceptance
* Purchasing a ticket or entering the event confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
