Refund policy

No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason other than the cancellation of the event. Event Cancellation: In the rare event that Kuyoba Mnandi is canceled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the ticket purchase price. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Ticket Transfer: We do understand that circumstances may change. If you can no longer attend, we allow ticket transfers to another person. Transfers can be arranged by contacting our customer support team at least 0736466358 days before the event. Please note that transferring tickets is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder. Event Rescheduling: If Kuyoba Mnandi is rescheduled to a new date, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be offered only to those ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled event. Refund Process: To request a refund in the event of a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at Mfundo at 0735466358. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable time frame. Refund Deadline: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the event's cancellation. Parking

General Parking: Free parking is available at the perimeter of the event venue for all guests. Please follow the guidance of parking attendants to access these parking areas. VIP Parking: Exclusive VIP parking will be arranged for our valued guests. VIP ticket holders will receive details about VIP parking, including location and any associated costs, upon arrival. Accessible Parking: We offer accessible parking spaces for guests with disabilities. Kindly inform the parking attendants if you require accessible parking. Parking Regulations: To maintain order and safety, please adhere to the following parking regulations: Park only in designated parking spaces. Follow the directions provided by parking attendants and event staff. Do not block access routes, emergency exits, or other vehicles. For your safety, turn off your vehicle's engine when parked.
