Kota Feast Phuthaditjhaba 2026: The People’s Feast.

1. Ticket Sales Are Final All ticket sales are final once payment is completed. Tickets purchased for Benoni Kota Fest are non-refundable under normal circumstances, including (but not limited to): - Personal scheduling conflicts - Travel delays or inability to attend - Weather conditions on the event day - Changes to performer line-ups 2. Event Postponement In the event that Benoni Kota Fest 2026 is postponed to a new date, your existing ticket(s) will remain valid for the rescheduled date. You will retain access with your original ticket(s) without needing a refund. 3. Event Cancellation If the event is fully cancelled, refunds will be processed in accordance with the ticketing partner’s policies. You will be informed about the refund process once cancellation is officially confirmed by the organiser and ticketing partner. 4. No Refunds for Partial Changes Refunds will not be issued if the festival programme, line-up, venue, schedule, or artist roster changes, unless the event is cancelled entirely. This includes modifications due to force majeure or operational requirements. 5. Ticket Exchanges Ticket exchanges for different dates or ticket categories are only offered if the festival announces an official exchange process. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and terms set by the organiser. 6. Ticket Misuse or Loss Lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise compromised tickets are not eligible for refund or replacement unless specified in the event’s terms. Tickets resold or transferred outside authorised channels may be invalidated without refund. 7. Compliance By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to abide by all Benoni Kota Fest terms and the ticketing partner’s terms and conditions. No refunds will be issued outside the conditions specified above.- If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.
Secure parking will be available at the venue. Limited space.
Bring your camping chairs or picnic blankets, and your ticket (digital or printed).
This is a family-friendly event. Kids will have dedicated entertainment to enjoy. Children under 3 enter free.
