KOPALA CONNECT – Terms & Conditions

KOPALA CONNECT is proudly hosted by Arpanet Connect Solutions.

By purchasing a ticket and attending KOPALA CONNECT, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🎟 Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizers.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless authorized by the event organizers.

  • Each ticket admits one person only.

  • Please present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

⏰ Event Entry & Time

  • Event date: 20th June 2026

  • Time: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

  • Attendees are advised to arrive early to avoid delays.

  • The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry after a certain time.

🔞 Age Restriction

  • This is a strictly 18+ event.

  • Valid identification may be required at entry.

  • Anyone under the legal age will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued.

🚫 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed at the event:

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Illegal substances

  • Outside food or drinks

  • Dangerous or disruptive items

Security checks will be conducted at entry.

🛡 Safety & Conduct

  • Attendees must behave in a respectful and responsible manner.

  • Any form of violence, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate removal without refund.

  • The organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

📸 Media & Recording

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.

  • All content captured may be used by Arpanet Connect Solutions without compensation.

⚠️ Event Changes

  • The event lineup, schedule, or venue may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • In case of cancellation, official communication will be made and refund procedures (if applicable) will be announced.

🍻 Alcohol & Responsibility

  • Alcohol will be sold at the venue.

  • Please drink responsibly.

  • The organizers are not liable for any incidents resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.

🌧 Force Majeure

  • The organizers are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond their control, including weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.
