KLOUD9 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entry and Tickets

  • A valid ticket is required for entry to Kloud9.

  • All tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the event organiser announces otherwise.

  • Tickets may not be resold for profit without the organiser’s permission.

2. Age Restrictions and Identification

  • Attendees must comply with the event’s stated age restrictions.

  • Valid identification may be required at the entrance.

  • Anyone who does not meet the entry requirements may be refused entry.

3. Event Rules and Conduct

  • All guests must respect the venue, organisers, security personnel and fellow attendees.

  • Fighting, harassment, violence, theft, vandalism and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving dangerously or unlawfully, subject to applicable law.

  • Guests must follow all reasonable safety instructions from event staff.

4. Prohibited Items

  • Illegal substances, weapons and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

  • Security checks may be conducted where appropriate and lawful.

  • Guests may not bring prohibited items into the venue.

5. Alcohol and Responsible Behaviour

  • Alcohol may only be consumed in accordance with applicable laws.

  • No alcohol will be sold or supplied to anyone under the legal drinking age.

  • Guests are responsible for arranging safe transport home.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their own phones, wallets, jewellery and other personal belongings.

  • The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended items, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Photography and Recording

  • Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes.

  • By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in event content. Anyone with concerns should contact the organisers.

8. Event Changes and Cancellation

  • The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event arrangements when necessary.

  • If the event is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable arrangements.

  • Refunds and other remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Safety and Liability

  • Guests attend and participate at their own risk, subject to applicable law.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any legal rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing a ticket or attending Kloud9, guests agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws.
