Ticket Validity Each ticket is valid for one child for one event day only and is not transferable to another day unless approved in writing by the event organisers.
Age Restriction Event is strictly for children aged 6–14 years old. Proof of age may be requested.
Non-Refundable All tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of full event cancellation by the organisers.
Parent/Guardian Responsibility A parent or legal guardian must sign the indemnity and medical consent form on arrival. Children will not be permitted to participate without it.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Parents/guardians must ensure children are dropped off and collected on time. The organisers are not responsible for supervision outside event operating hours.
Safety & Participation Participation is at the child’s own risk. The organisers reserve the right to remove any child who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behaviour.
Medical Assistance First aid and emergency procedures will be available on-site. Parents agree that medical treatment may be administered should it be deemed necessary.
Weather Conditions The event will proceed in most weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather, the organisers reserve the right to delay, modify activities, or reschedule.
Photography & Media By attending, parents consent to photography and video recording of the event for promotional, media, and marketing purposes. Parents who wish to opt out must request this in writing before the event day.
No Cash Refunds for Non-Attendance Failure to attend the event for any reason will be considered a no-show and will not qualify for a refund or credit.
Event Changes The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to programming, schedule, activities, or teams without prior notice where necessary.
Food & Allergies Parents are responsible for informing organisers in advance of any medical or allergy conditions. While reasonable care is taken, the event cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Prohibited Items Dangerous, illegal, or inappropriate items are not permitted. Organisers may confiscate any such items for safekeeping until the end of the event.
Team Allocation Children may be allocated to any of the six teams. While team requests can be noted, they are not guaranteed.
Acceptance of Terms Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
