1. Event Overview These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the event organized by Sihle Khumalo. By attending the Event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Tickets

All attendees must register in advance or purchase a ticket to attend the Event.

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of Event cancellation by the organizer.

The Event is open to all ages Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. Payment

Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Payment must be made through the provided payment methods on the Event registration site.

4. Event Schedule and Changes

The Event is scheduled for 12/16/2024 at Ezakheni Taxi Rank

The organizer reserves the right to change the Event schedule, location, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other events beyond their control.

In case of cancellation, the organizer will inform attendees via email and/or the Event website.

5. Safety and Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the Event.

Attendees must follow all safety guidelines

The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or property damage sustained during the Event.

6. Liability

By attending the Event, you agree to release the organizer, sponsors, and partners from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property.

Attendees participate at their own risk.

7. Photography and Media

The Event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in Event-related marketing materials.

8. Personal Items

The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Attendees are encouraged to keep personal belongings secure.

9. Alcohol and Drugs

Alcohol is prohibited at the Event.

The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

10. Weather and Environmental Conditions

The Event will take place rain or shine, unless otherwise determined by the organizer.

Attendees are advised to come prepared for weather conditions, including appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and hydration.

11. Code of Conduct

Attendees agree to comply with all local laws and regulations, including those regarding environmental protection, noise, and waste disposal.

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees who do not comply with the Event's rules.
