Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing your tickets. 1. General Policy All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as provided under the circumstances listed below. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another event. 2. Event Cancellation If the festival is fully cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, legal restrictions), ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the face value of the ticket. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the cancellation announcement, using the original payment method. 3. Event Postponement If the festival is postponed, tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 working days of the postponement announcement. 4. Artist Line-up Changes The festival line-up is subject to change without notice. Changes to the line-up will not be grounds for a refund. 5. No-Show & Late Arrivals No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the festival or arriving late. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded. 6. Ticket Transfers Tickets are transferable to another person up to 48 hours before the festival. The ticket holder is responsible for arranging the transfer through the official ticketing platform. 7. Force Majeure In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), the festival will not be liable for refunds unless otherwise required by law.
