Official Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
2. Valid Tickets
Tickets are valid only if purchased through an authorised ticketing platform.
3. Entry
Each ticket admits one person only and must be presented at the entrance for scanning.
4. Right of Admission Reserved
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is intoxicated, violent, disruptive, or fails to comply with venue rules, without a refund.
5. Liability
Entry is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The organiser, venue, sponsors, and partners will not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
6. Security Checks
Attendees may be subject to security searches upon entry. Prohibited items may be confiscated, and entry may be denied where necessary.
7. Prohibited Items
No illegal drugs, weapons, dangerous objects, or any prohibited substances are permitted on the premises.
8. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, artist lineup, schedule, or venue where reasonably necessary without prior notice.
9. Recording Equipment
Professional cameras, drones, audio recording equipment, and other commercial recording devices are prohibited unless prior media accreditation has been granted.
10. Media Consent
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. The organiser may use this content for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without compensation.
11. Lost or Stolen Tickets
Lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated tickets may be cancelled at the organiser’s discretion.
12. Weather
The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise communicated by the organiser.
13. Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without the written permission of the organiser.
14. Compliance
Attendees must comply with all venue policies, safety procedures, and instructions issued by event staff and security personnel.
15. Amendments
The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary. Any updates will be communicated through official event channels.
Alcohol Policy (18+)
No persons under the age of 18 may purchase or consume alcohol. Valid South African identification (ID card, driver’s licence, or passport) may be requested at any time. Any attendee found supplying alcohol to a minor may be removed from the event without a refund.
