2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@gen-zeehospitality.co.za.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellation 7 days before the event: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged
No refunds will be issued for “no-show” clients.

2.2 Cancellation by the Venue or Event Organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, acts of God, pandemic restrictions, or safety concerns.
In such cases, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made, or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
The organizer will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).

3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of written cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are only applicable as described in the cancellation policy.

4. Changes & Amendments
Any request to change the date, time, or details of the event must be made in writing and is subject to availability.
Changes requested less than 14 days before the event may incur an administrative fee of [R500].

5. Force Majeure
The venue or organizer will not be liable for failure to perform any obligation if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disaster, pandemic, or government regulations.

6. Liability
The organizer accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ personal property.
Clients and guests attend the event at their own risk.
