Tickets & Entry
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
Tickets purchased at Early Bird, Pre-Sale, or Gate prices guarantee entry subject to venue capacity.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed intoxicated, unruly, or posing a security risk.
Age Restrictions
Attendees must meet the legal age requirement for entry to the venue.
Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.
VIP & VVIP Tables
Table bookings include the specified number of tickets and bar tab value only.
Bar tabs cannot be redeemed for cash.
Additional guests beyond table capacity must purchase separate tickets.
Conduct & Safety
All guests must follow event rules and security instructions.
Illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
LitCircle_Ent and the venue are not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft during the event.
Artist & DJ Lineup
Lineups are subject to change without prior notice.
Refunds will not be issued due to lineup changes.
Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to photography, videography, and media coverage of the event.
Images may be used for promotional purposes by LitCircle_Ent.
Force Majeure
The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, safety concerns, government regulations).
Refunds will be handled at the discretion of the organizers in such cases.
Liability
LitCircle_Ent, its affiliates, and the venue are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
Acceptance of Terms
Purchase of a ticket constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
Violation of any rules may result in removal from the event without refunds
