No rough play, or dangerous behavior is allowed in or around the pool.
The lifeguards and security personnel have the authority to remove individuals from the pool area if necessary.
Attendees assume full responsibility for their personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
The organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not responsible for any injury, illness, or harm sustained at the event.
By attending, you agree to indemnify the event organizers from any legal claims or liabilities.
By attending, you consent to being filmed and photographed. The event organizers may use media content for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform the media personnel at the event.
Respect fellow attendees, staff, and performers.
Any form of harassment, violence, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
Anyone found violating these terms may be removed from the event without a refund.
