K9 RESORT PRE-OPENING – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entry: Valid tickets must be presented at the entrance where applicable. All attendees must comply with the venue’s entry requirements.
Date and Venue: The event will take place on Saturday, 28 November 2026, at K9 Resort, Hammanskraal Dilopye New Stands.
Ticket Policy: Tickets are subject to availability. Please check your ticket details carefully before completing your booking.
Refunds: Refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable ticketing platform policies and consumer protection laws.
Conduct: All guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove anyone engaging in disruptive, dangerous or unlawful behaviour.
Safety: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff, particularly in the pool area. Swimming is at guests’ own risk, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Prohibited Items: The organisers reserve the right to restrict items that may pose a safety risk or disrupt the event.
Event Changes: The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event arrangements when necessary. Any cancellation or postponement will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and ticketing policies.
Acceptance: By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, guests agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
