Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.

Every attendee must present a valid ticket for entry. 2. Gates open at 10:00 AM. The event begins at 12:00 PM and concludes at 7:00 PM. 3. All guests are subject to security screening, including bag searches and metal detector checks. 4. No weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, explosives, or dangerous items are permitted. 5. No glass bottles, cans, alcohol, or outside food and beverages are allowed inside the venue. 6. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas. 7. No fighting, abusive language, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated. Offenders will be removed without a refund. 8. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 9. Please follow all instructions from event staff, security personnel, emergency services, and venue management. 10. Entry may be refused to any person who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk. 11. Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not guaranteed unless authorised by event management. 12. The organisers reserve the right to inspect any bags or personal belongings before entry. 13. Professional cameras, drones, recording equipment, and livestreaming for commercial purposes are prohibited without written media accreditation. 14. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. 15. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, television, and social media purposes. 16. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or if the event is officially cancelled. 17. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers are the buyer's responsibility and may be invalid. 18. In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond the organisers' control, the event schedule may be changed, postponed, or cancelled. 19. Medical and emergency services will be available on-site. Report any emergency immediately to event staff or security. 20. Respect the venue, other guests, performers, and surrounding community by disposing of litter responsibly and keeping the venue clean.
