By attending this event, all guests agree to the following:
1. Gates open at 10:00 AM and close at 12:00 PM (midday). Please arrive on time.
2. No in-and-out access is permitted. Once you leave the venue, re-entry will not be allowed.
3. Late arrivals after 12:00 PM will be subject to a R100 late entry fee, subject to venue capacity and management approval.
4. No glass bottles or glass containers are permitted. Canned and plastic beverages only.
5. All attendees will undergo security screening, including bag searches and metal detector checks before entry.
6. No weapons, sharp objects, or dangerous items are allowed.
7. Illegal drugs and controlled substances are strictly prohibited.
8. Disorderly conduct, fighting, harassment, or damage to property will result in immediate removal without a refund.
9. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or authorised event pass.
10. Attendees must follow all instructions from event organisers, staff, and security personnel.
11. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour compromises the safety of others.
12. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
13. The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Attendance constitutes consent to the use of your image.
14. The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
15. Parking is at the owner's risk.
16. Event schedules, artists, and activities may change without prior notice if necessary.
17. Please respect the venue, fellow guests, and the environment at all times.
