Cancellation Policy
All ticket purchases for the Love Island event at Lora Gardens are final. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment received, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted, regardless of the reason for non-attendance.
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed with Lora Gardens management in writing prior to the event date.
In the event that Lora Gardens cancels or postpones the event due to circumstances within its control, ticket holders will be offered a credit toward a future event or a full refund, at Lora Gardens' discretion. Lora Gardens is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (load shedding, extreme weather, government restrictions, etc.), and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
