Refund Policy 1. Ticket Cancellation and Refunds - Full Refunds: Attendees can receive a full refund if they cancel their tickets at least 10 days before the event date. - No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund. 2. Event Cancellation - Organizer Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organizers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. - Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their ticket to the new date. 3. No-Show Policy - No Refunds for No-Shows: Attendees who do not show up for the event will not be eligible for a refund. 4. Refund Process - Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at refunds@jazzandchill.co.za with your order details and the reason for the refund. - Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the refund request is approved. - Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. 5. Transfer of Tickets - Transferring Tickets: If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Jazz & Chill, Midrand - Parking Policy 1. Parking Availability General Parking: Limited parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the venue. VIP Parking: VIP ticket holders will have access to reserved parking spaces closer to the venue entrance. 2. Parking Fees General Parking: Free of charge for all event attendees. VIP Parking: Included in the VIP ticket package at no additional cost. 3. Parking Hours Opening Hours: Parking lots will open 2 hours before the event start time. Closing Hours: Parking lots will close 1 hour after the event ends. 4. Parking Guidelines Parking Attendants: Follow the instructions of parking attendants at all times. Marked Spaces: Park only in marked parking spaces. Do not park in fire lanes, loading zones, or other restricted areas. Accessibility: Designated accessible parking spaces are available for attendees with valid permits. 5. Security and Liability Security Patrols: Security personnel will patrol the parking lots throughout the event. Valuables: Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. The venue is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents. Vehicle Lock: Ensure your vehicle is locked and secured before leaving it unattended. 6. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Drop-Off Zone: A designated drop-off zone is available near the venue entrance for quick drop-offs and pick-ups. Ride-Sharing: Ride-sharing services should use the designated drop-off and pick-up zone to avoid congestion. 7. Overflow Parking Additional Lots: If the main parking lot is full, attendees will be directed to overflow parking areas nearby. Shuttle Service: A complimentary shuttle service will be available from overflow parking areas to the venue entrance. 8. Prohibited Actions Overnight Parking: Overnight parking is not permitted. Vehicles left overnight may be towed at the owner's expense. Tailgating: Tailgating or any form of gathering in the parking lot is prohibited.
