ITALIAN OUTDOOR ALL VIP XPERIENCE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. VIP

By purchasing a ticket or table package to Italian Outdoor All VIP Xperience (“the Event”), the ticket holder agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. EVENT DETAILS The Event will take place on 28 November 2026 at Mzansi Speedway Raceway, Benoni, South Africa.

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event, including the programme, artists, timings, venue layout and production arrangements, where circumstances require.

3. TICKETS

● Tickets are valid only for the Event stated on the ticket.

● Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise specified.

● Tickets may not be duplicated, resold or reproduced for fraudulent purposes.

● Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not automatically be replaced.

● Tickets must be purchased through authorised ticketing channels.

● The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where a ticket is deemed invalid, altered or unlawfully obtained.

4. VVIP & TABLE PACKAGES

● VVIP and table packages are subject to the benefits and capacity stated at the time of purchase.

● Table packages do not constitute ownership of a specific area unless expressly confirmed by the organiser.

● Table locations are subject to the final Event layout and operational requirements.

● All guests within a table or VVIP allocation must comply with the Event’s entry requirements.

● Additional guests may not be admitted beyond the stated capacity of the purchased package.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable South African law or where the Event is cancelled by the organiser.

If the Event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date, subject to the organiser’s announcement and applicable ticketing terms.

6. AGE & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

● Entry is subject to the age restrictions communicated by the organiser and/or ticketing platform.

● Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.

● The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot satisfy the applicable entry requirements.

7. DRESS CODE The Event theme is:

Guests are strongly encouraged to dress in accordance with the Event’s premium outdoor-chic dress code.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to guests whose attire is considered inappropriate for the Event environment.

8. SECURITY & RIGHT OF ADMISSION For the safety and comfort of all guests:

● Security checks may be conducted upon entry.

● Guests may be required to comply with reasonable security procedures.

● Weapons, illegal substances and prohibited items are strictly forbidden.

● The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, abusive or inappropriate.

● No refund will be provided where a guest is removed from the Event due to misconduct or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. PROHIBITED ITEMS The following may not be brought into the Event unless expressly authorised:

● Weapons or dangerous objects

● Illegal drugs or substances

● Outside food or beverages

● Professional recording equipment without accreditation

● Items that may endanger, inconvenience or disturb other guests

● Any other item deemed inappropriate by Event security or management

10. ALCOHOL Alcohol may only be purchased, possessed and consumed in accordance with South African law and the Event’s licensing requirements.

Guests who are intoxicated, disorderly or deemed a safety risk may be refused entry or removed from the Event.

11. WEATHER & OUTDOOR CONDITIONS The Event is an outdoor experience. Guests acknowledge that weather conditions may affect the Event.

Reasonable operational adjustments may be made to protect guests, artists and staff.

12. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA By attending the Event, guests acknowledge that photography, video and other recordings may take place.

By entering the Event premises, guests consent to their image and/or likeness being captured and used by the organiser and authorised partners for legitimate promotional, marketing and archival purposes, subject to applicable law.

13. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

The organiser, venue, artists, security personnel and Event partners will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. HEALTH & SAFETY Guests attend the Event at their own risk and must follow all reasonable health, safety and security instructions issued by Event management, venue personnel or security.

15. EVENT CHANGES The organiser reserves the right to amend the Event programme, artist lineup, set times, production elements, venue layout or other operational details where reasonably necessary.

An artist or performer being unable to attend does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund where the Event itself continues.

16. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES The organiser will not be liable for failure or delay in delivering the Event caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, emergencies, venue-related circumstances or other force majeure events.

17. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONDUCT Each guest is responsible for their own behaviour and agrees not to engage in conduct that may endanger, intimidate, harass or negatively affect other guests, artists, staff or Event personnel.

18. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Purchase or use of an Event ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

19. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
