Refund policy
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers. In the case of cancellation or date change, ticket holders will be contacted and offered either a refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the new date. No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. VIP tickets are also non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review all ticket details before purchase.
Parking
Limited on-site parking is available at the KwaZulu-Natal Museum on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking may be found along Jabu Ndlovu Street and nearby public areas. VIP guests will have priority parking access—please arrive early and display your VIP ticket at the entrance. We encourage guests to carpool or use e-hailing services (e.g. Bolt, Uber) where possible to avoid congestion. Event marshals and security will be on-site to assist with parking directions.
