Terms and Conditions

Ticket Purchase: All attendees are required to purchase a valid ticket for entry, unless otherwise authorised by the event organisers.

Proof of Entry: Attendees must present their valid Computicket ticket at the entrance. Tickets may be scanned or verified before entry is granted.

Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the organisers.

Event Date and Venue: The event will take place on 28 November 2026 at Cape Town.

Arrival Time: Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to allow sufficient time for ticket verification and event registration.

Children and Minors: Children attending the event must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other guests, event staff, organisers and participants. Disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Health and Safety: Attendees are expected to follow all reasonable safety instructions issued by event staff and organisers.

Event Changes: Isintu Siyabukwa reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, activities or arrangements where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders.

Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organisers will communicate the arrangements to ticket holders in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Computicket's ticketing policies.

Acceptance of Terms: Purchasing a ticket or attending iNtlamluluko yeIsintu Siyabukwa constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
