By purchasing a ticket to INSIGHT SHOWCASE, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Policy
Tickets are valid for the date and time stated only.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
2. Entry & Admission
Entry is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations.
Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or failure to comply with event rules.
3. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, performers, or schedule without prior notice.
4. Liability
Attendees enter and participate at their own risk.
The organisers, partners, and venue (GameOn Africa) are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property.
5. Media & Content
By attending, you consent to photography and videography that may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Insight Collective and its partners.
6. Code of Conduct
This is a respectful creative space. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
