Refund policy

IKAPA FESTIVAL – Refund Policy 1. Ticket Refunds All ticket sales for the IKAPA FESTIVAL are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed if the event is officially canceled or rescheduled by the organizers. 2. Event Cancellation If the IKAPA FESTIVAL is canceled, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders within 14 working days. 3. Event Postponement If the event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. Ticket holders who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within 7 days after the announcement of the rescheduled date. 4. No-Show Policy No refunds will be granted to ticket holders who fail to attend the event. 5. Transfer of Tickets Tickets may be transferred to another person if the original purchaser cannot attend. The organizers must be notified at least 48 hours before the event. 6. Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other emergencies), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel without liability.

Parking

IKAPA FESTIVAL – Parking Policy 1. Parking Availability Limited parking is available at the OR Tambo Hall (Mew Way Hall, Khayelitsha) for attendees, staff, and vendors. Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Parking Fees Standard parking is free for ticket holders. VIP and reserved parking (if applicable) may require an additional fee. 3. Security & Responsibility Security personnel will be on-site to monitor parking areas. However, the event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings. 4. Restricted Areas Vehicles may only be parked in designated areas. No parking is allowed in emergency lanes, entrances, or restricted zones. 5. Drop-off & Pick-up Zone A dedicated drop-off and pick-up point will be available near the entrance for taxis, e-hailing services (e.g., Bolt, Uber), and private drop-offs. 6. Disabled Parking Reserved parking bays will be available for attendees with disabilities. A valid disability permit must be displayed. 7. Towing Policy Vehicles parked illegally or obstructing traffic may be towed at the owner’s expense.
