TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Overview

By purchasing a ticket to the House Afrika Records Concert™, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and ticket holders must be 18+ years old or accompanied by an adult. Bags and personal items are subject to search, and no outside food or drinks are allowed.

Ticket holders must adhere to venue rules and regulations, and event organizers reserve the right to change the event date, time, or venue. By attending the event, Patrons consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

2. Ticket Purchase:

Tickets are available for purchase online, at authorized ticket outlets: TicketPro, or at the venue box office. Tickets must be purchased from authorized outlets only.

2.1 Ticket Prices: 

Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Prices include a service fee and applicable taxes.

2.2 Ticket Types: 

Different ticket types may be available, including General Admission, Silver VIP, Gold VIP, and Group Packages in a form of Platinum VIP which is for Table Bookings limited to 4 Persons. Specific terms and conditions apply to each ticket type.

2.3 Age Restrictions:

No for Persons under the age 18, Right of Admission Reserved, and Proof of Identity may be required.

2.4 Event Details:

The event will take place on Saturday, 30th May 2026, at Tinyiko's Pub and Grill Ga-Rankuwa in the City of Tshwane. From 14h00 to 02h00.

2.5 Entry:

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. The ticket holder must present a valid ticket and ID to gain entry to the event.

2.6 Security: 

Bags, cameras, and recording devices may be subject to search. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, drugs, and outside food and drink.

2.7 Prohibited Items: 

No outside food, drink, or merchandise may be brought into the venue.

2.8 Copyright: 

All performances, music, and recordings are copyrighted. No unauthorized recording or transmission of the event is permitted.

2.9 Cancellation: 

In the event of cancellation or postponement, tickets will be refunded or exchanged according to the promoter's policy.

2.10 Liability: 

The organizers, venue, and artists are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.

2.11 Changes: 

The organizers reserve the right to change the event schedule, performers, or venue without notice.
