Homegrown Fest – Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase and Access

• Official Channels: Tickets are valid only when purchased through authorized platforms.

• Right of Admission: The organisers reserve the ultimate right of admission to the venue.

• Age Restrictions: Attendees must present valid identification if requested at the entrance.

• Digital Delivery: Tickets will be sent digitally and must be scanned for entry.

2. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

• No-Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

• Force Majeure: No refunds apply if the event is cancelled due to weather or natural disasters.

• Event Rescheduling: If rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new designated event date.

• CPA Compliance: Refunds for medical emergencies will face a reasonable administrative cancellation fee.

3. Event Rules and Attendee Conduct

• Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and outside alcohol are strictly banned inside.

• Search Policy: Security personnel retain the right to search bags at entry points.

• Behavioral Standards: Abusive, dangerous, or discriminatory behavior results in immediate eviction without refund.

• Local Vendor Support: Attendees are encouraged to support local homegrown food and craft stalls.

4. Liability and Safety Disclaimer

• Voluntary Attendance: Attendees enter the festival venue entirely at their own personal risk.

• Property Damage: Organisers accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

• Personal Injury: The event hosts are not liable for any injuries sustained on-site.

• Medical Care: First aid will be available, but external medical transport costs remain the attendee's responsibility.

5. Media, Photography, and Privacy

• Public Recording: The event is filmed, and your entry constitutes consent to be photographed.

• Commercial Use: Organisers may use event media for future promotional and marketing materials.

• POPIA Compliance: Personal data collected during ticketing is protected under the POPI Act.

• Data Usage: Your contact information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
