Kreative Konnect — Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
All tickets are subject to availability and are valid only for the event stated on the ticket.
Tickets must be purchased through authorised ticketing channels.
Each ticket may only be used once and may not be duplicated, resold, or tampered with.
Ticket prices may increase as different ticket phases sell out.
The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where a ticket is invalid, duplicated, altered, or obtained through unauthorised channels.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated by the organiser.
If the event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date, subject to the organiser's announcement.
In the event of cancellation, refund arrangements will be communicated through the official event channels and/or ticketing platform.
The organiser is not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees, including transport, accommodation, or other personal expenses.
Attendees may be required to present a valid ticket and acceptable identification upon entry.
The organiser reserves the right to conduct security searches before allowing entry.
Entry may be refused to anyone who is intoxicated, aggressive, disorderly, or considered a safety risk.
Attendees must comply with all instructions from security personnel, event staff, venue management, and organisers.
Age restrictions applicable to the event must be observed. Valid identification may be required.
The following are prohibited unless expressly authorised:
Weapons or dangerous objects
Illegal drugs or substances
Outside food or beverages
Glass containers
Fireworks or explosives
Professional recording equipment without authorisation
Items that may endanger other attendees
Any other item deemed unsafe by security or management
Fighting, harassment, theft, vandalism, discrimination, threatening behaviour, or any other unlawful conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal and/or involvement of law enforcement.
Alcohol may only be consumed in accordance with applicable laws and venue rules. Attendees must comply with all age restrictions and responsible-drinking requirements.
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including changes to:
Artists and performers
Line-up
Event times
Venue arrangements
Activities
Event programme
Capacity and access arrangements
Changes to the line-up or programme do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography, videography, livestreaming, and other forms of recording may take place.
By entering the event, you grant the organiser and its authorised media partners permission to use your image, likeness, voice, or appearance captured at the event for legitimate promotional, marketing, editorial, social media, or commercial purposes, without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
The organiser, venue, artists, security personnel, and event partners will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Attendees must follow all health, safety, emergency, evacuation, and security instructions.
In an emergency, attendees must cooperate with event staff, security, emergency services, and venue management.
Management reserves the right to remove any person from the event without refund where that person:
Breaches these Terms & Conditions;
Breaks the law;
Poses a safety or security risk;
Engages in disruptive or abusive behaviour;
Refuses to follow reasonable instructions from authorised personnel; or
Has gained entry through fraudulent or unauthorised means.
To the extent permitted by law, the organiser will not be liable for personal loss, injury, damage, theft, delays, or other losses arising from attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Attendees enter and attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for conducting themselves in a safe and responsible manner.
Personal information collected during ticket purchases, registrations, competitions, or event activities may be processed for purposes connected with the event, including ticket administration, communication, security, and marketing, in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
Purchasing a ticket or entering the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. The latest version published through the official event channels will apply.
