Terms & Conditions – Homecoming Street Bash 1. No Refunds All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided unless the event is officially cancelled by the organisers. 2. Ticket Validity Each ticket admits one person only. Duplicate or tampered tickets will not be accepted. Digital tickets must be shown at the gate. 3. Age Restriction This event is strictly 18+. Valid identification may be required upon entry. 4. Right of Admission Reserved Event security and organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee for misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or failure to comply with event rules. 5. Prohibited Items No weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, glass bottles, or dangerous objects are allowed inside the event area. 6. Safety & Conduct Attendees must behave responsibly. The organisers are not liable for injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 7. Event Changes The organisers reserve the right to change the event venue, time, lineup, or schedule if necessary. Any updates will be communicated on official platforms. 8. Photography & Media By attending, you agree that event photographers and videographers may capture content that could be used for promotional purposes. 9. Table Bookings Table reservations must be paid in full to secure your spot. Late arrival may result in forfeited seating without compensation. 10. Weather Policy This is a street bash. The event will continue in light weather conditions unless safety is compromised.
