Refund policy
Refund Policy for "The Holy Ten New Year's Eve Experience". All ticket sales for The Holy Ten New Year's Eve Experience are final. Refunds are issued only for cancelled tickets returned directly through our official platform, at the sole discretion of Event Organisers. Upon receipt of an approved cancellation, a refund of the face value (or discounted price paid) will be issued, minus a processing fee. Given the high-demand and limited nature of this event, the following fees apply: More than 30 days before the event: 25% processing fee. Between 30 and 7 days before the event: 75% processing fee. Within 7 days of the event (including Dec 31st): No refunds will be issued. Compassionate Exceptions: In cases of proven death or critical hospitalisation of the ticket holder, and upon submission of official documentation, the processing fee may be waived at the Organiser's discretion.
Parking
The venue's parking policy. Attendees of The Holy Ten New Year's Eve Experience are advised that designated parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for a standard fee. Important Notice: All vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner's risk. The Event Organisers, venue management, and parking operators accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property, however caused, during the event. We strongly recommend you secure your vehicle, remove all valuables from sight, and take note of your parking location.
