Ticket Refund Policy for the Health Wellness Commemoration Cup 2025 -Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to rsacademyfc20@gmail.com no later than 14 dats before the event date. - Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be granted under the following conditions: - If the event is cancelled or rescheduled to a new date that attendees cannot attend. - If an attendee submits a valid refund request within the specified timeline. - Non-Refundable Circumstances: - Tickets purchased are non-refundable after the specified refund request deadline. - Refunds will not be granted for no-shows or personal scheduling conflicts. - Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment. - Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another individual. Please contact rsacademyfc20@gmail.com with transfer requests no later than 7 days before the event. Please ensure you provide proof of purchase when requesting a refund or ticket transfer.

Parking

Parking Policy for the Health Wellness Commemoration Cup 2025 - Venue Parking Availability: - Parking will be available at the event venue, located at 138 Vygie Cres, Ceres, South Africa. - Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure parking close to the venue. -Accessibility Parking: - Designated parking spaces will be available for attendees with mobility needs. A valid disability parking permit must be displayed to access these spaces. - Parking Fees: - Parking is on purchase, “provided at ticket sales cost of R20, and R35 at the gate.. - Parking Instructions: - All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas. Parking outside these areas, such as on sidewalks or neighboring properties, is strictly prohibited. - Follow the directions of parking attendants who will guide vehicles to available spaces. - Overnight Parking: - Overnight parking is not permitted. All vehicles must be removed from the premises by 20:30. pm on the day of the event. - Safety and Security: - The event organizers and Real Spurs Academy will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or belongings. - It is recommended that you lock your vehicle and keep valuables out of sight. - Drop-Off and Ride-Share: - A designated drop-off and pick-up zone will be available near the venue entrance for ride-share vehicles, taxis, and attendees who are being dropped off. - Compliance: - All attendees are required to comply with the parking policy and the instructions of event staff. Failure to do so may result in the removal of your vehicle at the owner’s expense.
