Join us for a day of spooky fun and community impact. The Lehae La Tshepo Foundation presents the Halloween Fundraising Gala on 1 November 2025 at Madage Lodge, Leeuwfontein, Baviaanspoort.

All proceeds support the Plant-to-Plate Agricultural Program, Chess & Literacy Clubs, and Youth Skills Development Workshops – building hope, skills, and opportunities in our community.

Parking Policy
Secure parking will be available at the venue. Parking attendants will be on duty to guide guests. VIP ticket holders will have access to designated VIP parking areas.
Refund Policy
Tickets are refundable at a cost (R20 + 3%) and may be transferred to another person. In the unlikely event of cancellation, guests will be refunded in full.
Entry and Security
Gates open at 09h00 for family activities and 17h00 for evening performances. Security personnel will be present throughout the event for guest safety. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Dress Code
Halloween costumes are encouraged (with prizes for best dressed in kids & adult categories). VIP guests will be offered masks for the Masquerade of Hope theme.
Accessibility
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Assistance will be available for elderly and differently abled guests.
Food and Drinks
Food stalls, snack stands, and beverage stations will be available. VIP packages include complimentary snacks and drinks in the VIP lounge.
Raffle Participation
Raffle tickets will be sold on-site and included with VIP packages. Both children and adults can participate in separate raffles.
Photography and Media
Photographers will capture highlights of the event. By attending, guests consent to being part of event photos/videos for promotional use.

All proceeds go towards the Lehae La Tshepo Foundation programs: 🌱 Plant-to-Plate (Borehole & cultivation in Bavianspoort) ♟ Chess & Literacy programs 💡 Youth Skills Development workshops
