Event Terms and Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase: Tickets are non-refusable and non-transferable. Ticket olders must present a valid ticket for entry.
2. Event Details: The event will take place on [13 December 2025] at [Dlams Park]. Gates open at [11:00] and the event starts at [12:00 - 18:00].
3. Age Restrictions: This event is open to all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Costumes and Attire: Costumes are encouraged, but must not cause offence or pose a risk to others.
5. QColor Throws: Color throws are a part of the event. Participants are advised to wear clothes they don't mind getting colored.
6. Liability: The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
7. Security: Bags and persons may be searched on entry and during the event.
8. Prohibited Items: No outside food,or weapons are allowed.
9. Changes to the Event: The organizers reserve the right to change the event program, venue, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. Refund Policy: No refunds will be given, except in the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizers.
