### *GWITJO MUSIC FESTIVAL & COMPETITION 2026*

### *TERMS & CONDITIONS*

*1. EVENT DETAILS*

*Date:*, 05 September 2026

*Time:* 10:00 AM until late

*Venue:* Charles Mopeli Stadium Hall

*2. GENERAL ENTRY*

2.1 Entry is at your own risk.

2.2 The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person.

2.3 No weapons, drugs, alcohol from outside, or illegal substances allowed.

2.4 No refunds on tickets.

2.5 Children under 12 enter free when accompanied by an adult.

*3. COMPETITION RULES*

3.1 The competition is open to all youth artists in music, dance, and Gwitjo culture.

3.2 Registration closes on 30 August 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.

3.3 All performances must be family-friendly. No hate speech or explicit content.

3.4 Judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

3.5 Prize money: R5,000. Winners must provide ID for prize collection.

*4. VENDOR / STALL TERMS*

4.1 Stall fee is R300 and is non-refundable.

4.2 Vendors must provide their own tables, extension cords, and change.

4.3 Only approved food and products may be sold. No alcohol sales without permit.

4.4 Vendors must comply with all health, safety, and venue rules.

4.5 Setup time: 07:00 - 09:30. Clean up after event is mandatory.

*5. SAFETY & CONDUCT*

5.1 Security will be on site. Please cooperate with security personnel.

5.2 The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury.

5.3 No fighting, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Offenders will be removed.

*6. MEDIA & PRIVACY*

6.1 By attending, you consent to photos and videos being taken for promotional use.

6.2 The event may be recorded and broadcast on social media.

*7. CANCELLATION*

7.1 The organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

7.2 In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and alternative arrangements made.
