• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for an 85% refund. • Cancellations made 8–30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 days or less before the event. An exception applies in cases of death or hospitalisation of the ticket holder. A full refund may be granted upon submission of valid supporting documentation.
