TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entry & Access

   • All attendees must comply with the event's entry requirements.

   • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.

   • Valid tickets, where applicable, must be presented at the entrance.

2. Age Restrictions

   • Age restrictions will be communicated by the organisers.

   • Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.

3. Tickets & Payments

   • All ticket purchases are subject to the event's stated ticketing conditions.

   • Tickets must not be resold fraudulently or duplicated.

   • Refunds will be handled in accordance with the advertised refund policy and applicable law.

4. Safety & Security

   • Security personnel may conduct searches in accordance with applicable law and event procedures.

   • Weapons, illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

   • Fighting, harassment, violence, and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

5. Alcohol & Substance Use

   • Alcohol may only be sold or consumed in accordance with applicable laws and event rules.

   • No alcohol will be served to persons under the legal drinking age.

   • Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are not allowed on the premises.

6. Personal Belongings

   • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.

   • The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Photography & Recording

   • Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes.

   • By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event media, subject to applicable privacy laws.

8. Event Changes & Cancellation

   • The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, performers, schedule, or venue where necessary.

   • If the event is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable arrangements in accordance with the law and the advertised ticket policy.

9. Respect & Conduct

   • Respect fellow attendees, performers, staff, security personnel, and the venue.

   • Discrimination, intimidation, harassment, and damage to property will not be tolerated.

10. Compliance

    • All attendees must comply with applicable South African laws, venue rules, and reasonable instructions from authorised event staff.

11. Acceptance of Terms

    • Purchasing a ticket or entering the event constitutes acknowledgement of these terms, subject to applicable law.
