By purchasing a ticket and attending the Groove Culture Outdoor Movie & Game Night, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
l All tickets must be purchased via approved platforms or authorized vendors.
l Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented at the gate for entry.
l Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or proof of purchase.
l Groove Culture reserves the right to verify identification upon entry.
l All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
l In case of event cancellation due to weather, safety, or other emergencies, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
l Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
l Attendees must adhere to event start and end times.
l No outside alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons are allowed at the venue.
l Respectful behavior is expected from all attendees. Disorderly conduct will result in removal from the event.
l The event is for adults above the age of 18
l By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use by Groove Culture and its partners.
l Media content may be used for future marketing without additional compensation.
l Groove Culture and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.
l Attendees participate in all games and activities at their own risk.
l All vendors must be pre-approved and adhere to the event schedule and setup guidelines.
l Only Licensed vendors will be accepted.
l This is an outdoor event. Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately.
l In case of extreme weather, Groove Culture reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel the event. Communication will be shared via social media and registered email addresses.
l Groove Culture reserves the right to modify the event program, timing, and offerings without prior notice.
l Any significant updates will be communicated in advance.
