Glow and Flow – Event Terms and Conditions
1. Event Participation
This event is open to women aged 18 and above.
By attending, you agree to participate in activities at your own discretion and responsibility.
2. Health & Safety
Yoga and other activities are voluntary. Please consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns before participating.
The organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during the event.
3. Food & Beverages
Light snacks will be provided during the event.
Guests are responsible for purchasing their own lunch at the venue’s restaurant after the session.
4. Vendors & Purchases
Vendors will be present at the event. Any purchases made are strictly between the guest and the vendor.
The organizers are not responsible for vendor products, services, or transactions.
5. Tickets & Payments
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organizers.
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or registration confirmation.
6. Conduct & Atmosphere
The theme is comfort in shades of pink. Guests are encouraged to dress accordingly.
Respectful behavior toward fellow attendees, vendors, and staff is required at all times.
The event is designed to foster self-care and meaningful connections among women.
7. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be included, please notify the organizers upon arrival.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Participation is at your own risk. The organizers disclaim liability for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.
9. Changes & Cancellations
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, activities, or venue if necessary.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified promptly.
