Event Cancellation If the event is cancelled by the organisers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund (including ticket price). Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days Refunds will be issued via the original payment method 3. Event Postponement / Rescheduling If the event is postponed or rescheduled: Your ticket will remain valid for the new date If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of announcement 4. Changes to Event (Venue, Time, Line-up) Minor changes (e.g., artist lineup, timing adjustments) do not qualify for refunds Major changes (e.g., venue or date changes) may qualify for a refund upon request 5. Customer-Initiated Cancellations Refunds will NOT be issued for: Change of mind Personal circumstances Failure to attend the event Weather conditions (unless event is cancelled) 6. Late Cancellation Requests No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event date After this period, tickets are strictly non-refundable 7. Ticket Misuse No refunds will be given if: You are denied entry due to misconduct Your ticket is lost, stolen, or damaged You purchase from unauthorized sellers 8. Refund Process To request a refund (where applicable): Contact the event organisers via official channels Provide your ticket number and proof of purchase Allow 5–10 working days for review and processing 9.
