1. General Admission & Ticketing
All tickets (Early Bird, Standard, and VIP) are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
Tickets must be presented at the gate (digital or printed) for scanning.
A "Cooler Box" fee of R40 applies and must be paid in conjunction with a valid entry ticket.
2. Safety, Security & CPF Oversight
This event is monitored by the Community Policing Forum (CPF) and the Youth Crime Prevention Desk (YCPD).
By entering the venue, patrons agree to be searched by authorized security personnel or CPF members.
A strict Zero-Tolerance Policy is in effect regarding illegal substances, weapons, and violent behavior.
Any individual found engaging in criminal activity or "Skanaii" will be removed immediately and handed over to local authorities.
3. Responsible Consumption & Conduct
While the event features music and entertainment, Responsible Consumption of alcohol is mandatory.
The organizer and venue owners are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
Free parking is provided at the owner's risk.
4. Purpose & Fundraising
Patrons acknowledge that this is a Charity Fundraiser.
Proceeds from ticket sales are dedicated to purchasing school uniforms and food parcels for underprivileged youth in Winterveldt.
