Ticket Validity
A valid Computicket ticket is required for entry.
Tickets may only be used once and become invalid after admission.
The ticket holder is responsible for ensuring that their ticket is kept safe and secure.
Admission
Entry is subject to venue capacity, event rules, and security procedures.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or unlawful.
Children
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Kids' tickets are valid only for children within the specified age category as indicated on the ticket.
Proof of age may be requested at the entrance.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
No refunds will be issued for late arrival, non-attendance, adverse weather conditions, or failure to comply with event rules.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed in accordance with Computicket's refund policy.
Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, schedule, activities, venue, or event arrangements without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
Photography and Media
By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
The organiser may use such material without compensation to attendees.
Liability
Attendance is at the ticket holder's own risk.
The organiser, venue, sponsors, staff, and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or death arising from attendance at the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Prohibited Items
No weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous materials, or any items deemed dangerous by event management are permitted.
Bags and personal belongings may be subject to security inspection.
Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, performers, and venue property.
Any person causing a disturbance may be removed from the event without refund.
Parking and Personal Property
Vehicles and personal belongings are left at the owner's risk.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or personal property.
Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or interruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or acts of God.
Acceptance
Purchase and use of a ticket constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
