Welcome to Friends Weekend 2.0, from 26 - 28 November 2021, in Wellington at Oaklands Estate!

Friends Weekend 2.0 will be one to remember. Arrive on Friday to some games, sunset chilled music, movie night projected in an abandoned mansion and hangouts. On Saturday we have an excellent group of DJs playing a variety of music delivered to you on a Funktion-One Sound System from 14:00 until 2:00 Sunday! We have organized an exciting rum tasting that is free to all guests on Saturday while we watch the sunset. Before the music kicks off on Saturday and on Sunday you are invited to explore the numerous walking trails on the farm, visit the neighboring farm, Doolhof, for a wine tasting, swim, or just enjoy the heat by the pool!

Bring cash for basic snacks and for the bar. Please note that there is limited internet and signal on the farm so please do not forget to bring cash. Vygie, Oaklands' catering team, will be sending out a pre-order form two weeks prior to the event for those interested in pre ordering delicious food.

Only 70 tickets are available. These tickets are available to our friends and to your friends, so get sharing with your people. Let's make friends!

There are a variety of ticket options available. But the basic ticket is the:

Friends Weekend Ticket! This includes weekend access to the party venue, bring your own tent, comfy chair and cooler box! The camping area includes a fresh water pool, braai facilities, bring your own cooking implements, shower facilities using a donkey boiler, toilets, fresh drinking water, designated braai area, stunning views and tons of space. If you fancy yourself a creature of comfort (like me...) you can book a Friends Weekend Ticket! plus Accommodation at Oaklands Stables! This accommodation is a five minute walk from the party venue. Though it is shared accommodation, it is extremely spacious and plentiful. There are various bedrooms available with different offerings, some have lights, full doors, plug points and locks.... others have just the original half stable door plus a curtain. All rooms will come with a beds, bedding, hot water bottles and a light or solar lamp. Please check ticket options for availability on different rooms. People who got in on early bird tickets were automatically afforded a room with a full door, early birds always catch the worm!
