By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1.Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid for one person only.
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
Duplicate, tampered, or fraudulent tickets will be denied entry without refund.
2.No Refund Policy
All tickets are strictly non-refundable, except in the case of full event cancellation with no rescheduled date.
If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.
3.Right of Admission Reserved
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:
Is intoxicated, disorderly, or poses a risk to others
Fails to comply with venue or security rules
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4.Age Restriction
This is an age-restricted event.
Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at entry.
Entry will be denied to underage persons attempting to gain access illegally, with no refund.
5.Search & Security
All attendees are subject to security screening and searches on entry.
The organizers reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.
Refusal to be searched will result in denied entry without refund.
6.Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
Weapons of any kind
Illegal substances
Outside food and beverages
Alcohol not purchased inside the venue
Glass bottles, cans, sharp objects
Fireworks, flares, lasers
Professional recording equipment without accreditation
Large backpacks or dangerous items
Confiscated items will not be returned.
7.Personal Belongings
Attendees enter at their own risk.
The organizers and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
8.Photography & Media
By attending, you grant permission for:
Photography
Video recording
Promotional use of your image by the organizers
Content may be used for marketing and social media without compensation.
9.Force Majeure
The organizers will not be held liable for failure to host the event due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Power outages
Civil unrest
Tickets will be handled in line with the refund policy.
10. Code of Conduct
No fighting, harassment, vandalism, or illegal activity will be tolerated.
Any damage caused to venue property will be the responsibility of the individual involved.
11.Alcohol & Substance Use
Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed in designated areas.
The organizers promote responsible behavior at all times.
12.Indemnity
By entering the event, attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, venue, staff, sponsors, and partners against any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance.
