7.     No weapons Allowed

8.     No Glass Items allowed at General Area and Kids Section only cans or plastic at sales areas (Bottled Items will monitored at VIP and VVIP Section)

9.     No Pass out after 2:00 pm (should you exit the venue your tickets will be invalid)

10.      Under 13 Kids are not allowed, Kids from 13years-17years must Exit Venue from 17: 00 pm to 18:00pm, Parents supervision is emphasized for safety purposes for ticket Purchases, Premise. No under 18years allowed at the Venue after 18:00.

11.     Only refund will be: In the case of worst-case natural disaster ( rain storm) the host will refund 50% of total tickets sale per customer. 50% will contribute towards the organizer’s preparatory loss, in case that host did not host the event due to unforeseen circumstances Patrons are allowed to full refund

In the case of client situation cases the following cancellation charges may apply:

- If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply;

- If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply;

- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply;

- Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalization, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.

10.  No intentional damages to venue property, event temporary structures, Patron’s cars or service Providers properties this will result as a case, and law enforcement will take its course.
