Sir Lowrians RFC – Online Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket online, you agree to the following:

All Sales Are Final

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by Sir Lowrians RFC.

Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the match/event, date, and time stated. Entry may be refused if the ticket is altered, duplicated, or damaged.

Proof of Purchase Required

• You must present your ticket (QR code / email confirmation) at the gate. Sir Lowrians RFC is not responsible for lost tickets or deleted confirmations.

Right of Admission Reserved

• Sir Lowrians RFC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for misconduct, intoxication, violence, abusive language, or failure to follow venue rules.

Match Changes

• Fixtures, venues, and kick-off times may change due to weather, league decisions, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for schedule changes.

Safety & Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk. Sir Lowrians RFC is not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property at the venue.

Photography & Media

• By entering, you consent to being photographed or recorded for club marketing and media purposes.

No Prohibited Items

• Weapons, drugs, and any dangerous items are strictly prohibited. Security may search bags and refuse entry.

Online Payment Disclaimer

• Payments are processed via a third-party platform. Sir Lowrians RFC is not responsible for banking delays, network failures, or transaction errors outside the club’s control.
