for FFAT Motor & Bike Show

1. No Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to event postponement, changes in schedule, or personal inability to attend.

  • Charitable Contribution: All proceeds from ticket sales go directly toward supporting a good cause. Your purchase is considered a donation and is non-refundable.

  • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event lineup, schedule, or venue as necessary. Such changes do not warrant a refund.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, the event may be rescheduled. In such cases, all tickets will remain valid for the new date, but no refunds will be issued.

  • By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Parking Terms and Conditions

  • Non-Competitors: All non-competitors attending the event will be required to pay a R20 parking fee in addition to their day visitor ticket.

  • Competitors: Competitors entering the event with their vehicle will be allowed 1 person per vehicle at no additional parking cost. Any additional individuals accompanying the competitor must pay the standard R20 parking fee (included in their day visitor fee).

  • Day Visitors: Day visitors attending the event will be required to pay a R20 parking fee at the entrance.

  • All parking fees are non-refundable.

  • Vehicles must be parked in designated areas as directed by event staff. The event organizers reserve the right to manage parking allocation and may make changes as necessary.

3. Minor Children

  • All minor children attending the event must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (parent or guardian).

  • Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and well-being of their children while attending the event.

  • The event organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents involving minor children during the event.

  • Children must adhere to the same event rules and regulations as adults. Parents or guardians are expected to manage their children's behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

4. Liability for Stolen or Damaged Goods

  • The event organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including vehicles, belongings, or goods, during the event.

  • Attendees are responsible for securing their personal belongings and ensuring the safety of their property while on the event premises.

  • Any damage caused to the venue, property, or equipment by attendees, participants, or their associates will be the responsibility of the individual or group involved, and they may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

  • The event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any aspect of the event without liability for any resulting losses or damages.
