Terms & Conditions – Family Gathering Fun Day 2025

1. Ticketing & Entry • All tickets must be purchased in advance or at authorized outlets. • Tickets are non-refundable (see Refund Policy). • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or sponsor accreditation. • Children under 3 enter free; all other categories must comply with ticket pricing.

2. Refund Policy • Tickets and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable. • Transfers are allowed if communicated in writing at least 7 days before the event. • Refunds only apply if the event is fully cancelled by organizers. • No refunds for partial cancellations or force majeure circumstances (e.g., weather, municipal directives).

3. Parking Policy • Vehicles must park in designated areas only. • Unauthorized parking will result in fines or towing at the owner’s expense. • Reserved parking is strictly for sponsors, vendors, and municipal officials. • Organizers are not liable for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or property. 4. Venue Rules •

No alcohol, outside food, or cooler boxes permitted. • Food and beverages will be sold on-site (alcohol-free). • Attendees must comply with security and marshal instructions at all times. • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

5. Sponsorship & Vendor Participation • Sponsorship contributions are binding and non-refundable. • Sponsors may opt to fund 10+ youth vendors, aligning with community development values. • Vendors must comply with event branding, stall guidelines, and safety regulations. • Unauthorized sales or marketing are prohibited.

6. Conduct & Safety • The event is family-friendly and alcohol-free. Disorderly conduct will result in removal without refund. • Attendees must respect cultural diversity, inclusivity, and community values. • Security reserves the right to search bags and deny entry if rules are violated.

7. Liability Disclaimer • Organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property. • Participation is at the attendee’s own risk. • Sponsors and vendors must carry their own insurance for goods and services.

8. Force Majeure • Organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or amend the event due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, municipal directives, safety concerns). • No refunds or compensation will be issued under these circumstances.

9. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket, registering as a vendor, or entering into a sponsorship agreement, all parties acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
