Family Fun Day 2026 – Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Validity

   • All tickets are valid only for Family Fun Day 2026 on 6 April 2026.

   • Tickets are non-transferable and valid for the date stated only.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

   • Tickets are non-refundable.

   • In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety, or force majeure), ticket holders will be informed of alternative arrangements or postponement.

   • No refunds will be issued for late arrival or non-attendance.

3. Entry & Admission

   • Tickets must be presented at the gate for entry.

   • Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with event rules or poses a safety risk.

   • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

4. Food & Beverages

   • No food or drinks are allowed at the gate.

   • All food and beverages will be sold inside the venue.

   • Picnic blankets and camp chairs are permitted.

5. Safety & Liability

   • Attendance is at your own risk.

   • The organisers, venue, and affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft sustained during the event.

   • Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.

6. Activities & Facilities

   • Access to activities such as jumping castles and swimming pools is subject to availability and safety rules.

   • Event staff reserve the right to restrict access to any activity for safety reasons.

7. Weather Policy

   • The event will proceed in most weather conditions.

   • In the case of severe weather, organisers may delay, modify, or cancel activities for safety reasons.

8. Prohibited Items

   • Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

   • The organisers reserve the right to conduct security checks at entry points.

9. Photography & Media

   • By attending the event, you consent to photography and video recordings being used for promotional and marketing purposes.

10. Stalls & Vendors

    • Stall bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

    • Stall fees are non-refundable once confirmed.

11. General

    • Organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

    • Failure to comply with event rules may result in removal from the venue without refund
