Adults are free only when accompanying a paying child.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except if the Organiser cancels the event (full refund or transfer to the new date).
If the event is postponed, tickets stay valid for the new date. Severe weather stopping the event is not grounds for a refund.
Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times, especially in and around the pools, although there will be a team to assist at the venue. Attendance and participation are at your own risk.
Alcohol is prohibited inside the venue as the event takes place at a church ground
Follow staff instructions and the rules on all attractions. Anyone behaving unsafely may be removed without a refund.
