Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
Admission is only permitted with a valid ticket. Duplicate, altered, or stolen tickets will not be honored.
Tickets must be presented on entry either as a printed ticket or on a mobile device.
Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Kids: R50
Cooler Box: R100
Attendees must comply with all instructions given by event staff, security, and organizers.
The event is family-friendly. Any inappropriate behavior may result in ejection from the venue without refund.
The organizers reserve the right to search bags or belongings for prohibited items (alcohol, weapons, illegal substances).
No pets allowed unless pre-approved by organizers.
The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, theft, or loss of property during the event.
Alcohol not purchased on-site (unless approved via Cooler Box ticket).
Weapons, fireworks, or dangerous objects.
Illegal drugs or substances.
Commercial banners, advertising, or solicitation without prior approval.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons).
In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered either a refund or entry to a rescheduled date.
The organizers are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees due to changes.
By attending, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
All media may be used for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes.
No personal photography or videography may interfere with professional event operations.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for safety, security, or misconduct reasons.
Attendees must respect all staff, volunteers, performers, and other guests.
Event-goers participate at their own risk. Organizers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health incidents unless caused by gross negligence.
