Refund policy
At Fall Fest 2025, we strive to provide an unforgettable experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please review our refund policy below: 1. General Refund Policy No refunds will be issued for change of mind or personal circumstances. Refunds will only be granted in cases where the event is canceled or postponed by the organizers. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, a refund request must be made within 14 days of the announcement. 2. Weather Conditions The event will proceed rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to unfavorable weather unless the event is officially canceled. 3. Ticket Transfers If you are unable to attend, tickets are transferable to another person. The original ticket holder must notify the organizers at least 48 hours before the event. 4. Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Service fees charged by third-party ticketing platforms are non-refundable. 5. Contact for Refund Requests All refund inquiries must be submitted via email to teexvee.holdings@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a valid reason for the request.
