By purchasing tickets for EXTREME FESTIVAL'24, you, as the ticket holder ("CLIENT"), agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Prohibited Items: Weapons, including but not limited to guns, knives, and any other dangerous objects, are strictly prohibited at EXTREME FESTIVAL’24. Animals are also not permitted on the premises.
Parking: Attendees are permitted to park in designated areas only. Please follow signage and instructions from event staff upon arrival.
Refund Policy: Tickets for EXTREME FESTIVAL’24 are non-refundable.
Indemnity: By purchasing tickets and attending Extreme Fest '24, you, as the ticket holder ("CLIENT"), agree to indemnify KYALAMI/ EXTREME FESTIVAL and its directors, members, employees, agents, and assigns against any claims, actions, and the like arising from your attendance at the event. This indemnity covers claims made by third parties, bodily injury, loss of life, or damage to property, provided such claims are not based on wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or breach of agreement by KYALAMI/ EXTREME FESTIVAL. The use of the venue is at your own risk, and appropriate insurance is recommended.
Liability: The CLIENT shall not have any claim against KYALAMI/ EXTREME FESTIVAL for any damages or loss suffered by it, howsoever caused. The use of the VENUE is entirely at the CLIENT’s own risk, and the CLIENT shall insure appropriately and adequately against all eventualities.
Indemnification Against Third-Party Claims: The CLIENT indemnifies KYALAMI/ EXTREME FESTIVAL and its directors, members, employees, agents, and assigns against any claim of whatsoever nature instituted against KYALAMI/ EXTREME FESTIVAL by any third party. This includes bodily injury, loss of life, or damage to or loss of property arising from any cause whatsoever, consequent upon such third party’s attendance at the VENUE for EXTREME FESTIVAL’24, whether as a spectator or participant.
